Do owners need to install an app or create an account?

No. They open the link on their phone or computer, fill in the form and submit it.

What happens if a link expires?

Links expire after seven days and can only be used once. If an owner misses it, send a new one from Sent Forms.

Is this POPIA-friendly?

Consent and client details are stored in your StrideNotes records, which are encrypted in storage and in transit. Read our privacy policy for how StrideNotes handles personal information.
